Given the relevance of socio-economic aspects in any activity, especially in mobility and in the number of trips, a series of socio-economic indicators have been included such as population growth, GDP variation and unemployment rate, among others.

After exceeding the threshold of 300,000 vehicles registered in 2018, in 2019 it falls by 1.8%.
Population
Catalonia has more than 7.78 million inhabitants on 1 January 2020, an increase of 105,262 populationcompared to the previous year, the highest population growth in the last 10 years.
