Number of T-Verda tickets requested by citizens of ATM of Barcelona who have deregistered and scrapped a vehicle without an environmental label. It lasts for three years and its annual renewal is carried out automatically, at no cost to the beneficiary, who receives the card at home. Entry into force: October 2017.
