New innovation provides wheelchair access to e-scooters

Micro-mobility systems allow for more autonomy and efficiency to travel within a city. Now, a French start-up has designed a system to make it possible for wheelchair users to use scooters with a universal attachment that joins the wheelchair with the scooter.
