All tickets purchased between January 1, 2023 and January 14, 2024 will expire on April 30, 2024 and cannot be exchanged for titles of 2024, whether released or not.

Discounts of season tickets will be maintained with the same 50% reduction in all season tickets: T-usual, T-jove, FM/FN titles, T-usual discounted for unemployed people and the Berguedà and Ripollès packs.

Expiry dates for integrated tickets

The titles purchased in 2023 and those purchased till the January 14 will expire on April 30.

It does not apply to the T-16 or T-verda, which have their own expiration.

2023 tickets cannot be exchanged for titles of 2024, whether released or not.

 

 

Exchanging integrated tickets

Titles with 2023 prices (those purchased btetween January 1, 2023 and January 14, 2024) will not be exchanged for 2024 titles, whether released or unreleased.

Exchange magnetic tickets for malfunction:

The ATM will only exchange any tickets that do not work as a result of the malfunction of the validation systems.

Nevertheless, there will be no right to exchange or compensation for any tickets in the following circumstances:

  • Transport cards that have been mishandled by the user.
  • Expired, non used or partially used transport cards.
  • Partially used valid transport cards.
  • Lost or stolen transport cards (including personalised cards).
  • If the support stops working, you can get a duplicate with the ticket it contains at any of the physical points of the network that provide this service. This duplicate, considered as an exchange, is free as long as the support stops working for reasons beyond the user's control and is under warranty. If the support is not under warranty or has been damaged by the user, you will have to pay for it again. The tickets contained on the damaged media, however, are transferred to the new media free of charge.

    What if the validation machines or validation steps don't work?

    If it is a railway station, first of all, try in different steps. If none of these work, contact station staff for assistance. If you do not find a station agent available, you can contact via the intercom and convey your problem.

    In the case of a bus, contact the driver and they will offer you an alternative such as an incident ticket.

    You also have the option of making exchanges in person at the T-mobilitat Service and Information Center without the need for an appointment (Avinguda de la Granvia de l’Hospitalet, 16-20 de l’Hospitalet de Llobregat)
