              It is vitally important to know the characteristics of mobility associated with the transport of goods as they represent an important part of mobility. That is why this section presents a series of indicators that will allow the evaluation of the transport of goods by land, air or sea as well as the great challenge of distribution in the last mile.

              Volume of goods moved in Catalonia
              Road transport continues to be the main mode with a total volume of 315,954 thousand tons per year and an increase in 1,0 % compared to 2018.
              Volume of goods transported by rail in Catalonia
              In the last year (2019) the decreasing trend started the previous year continues 17,9 % of tons with respect to year 2018), reaching a value close to the minimum of the historical series (just over 4 million tons)
