Methodology and questionnaires

To draw up a Company Mobility Plan (CMP), follow these steps below:

  1. Determine the current state of mobility.
  2. Establish achievable, measurable and assessable goals.
  3. Set out a programme of actions that meets the set goal and has a clear criterion of priorities.
  4. Establish a time line for the implementation of these actions
  5. Process the CMP before the Autoritat del Transport Metropolità (ATM) de la Regió Metropolitana de Barcelona (RMB).

To ensure the CMP is properly carried out it is recommended to create an internal figure to lead its implementation, as well as to incorporate a communication plan that helps the disseminate and raise awareness of the CMP and allows the stakeholders to be involved.

The CMP must meet the environmental, energy, cost and accident targets set out in the Pla Director de Mobilitat, the Mobility Master Plan. These target values are shown below:
