• Both 70-trip multi-person integrated passes, the T-70/90 FM/FN being the discounted pass for single-parent and large families, can now be topped up and validated in T-mobilitat, although they will continue to be sold in the magnetic version at vending machines

Barcelona, 3 may.- The T-mobilitat service has added two passes this May which can now be purchased and validated with the new contactless system: the T-grup, the multi-person ticket for 70 trips in 30 consecutive days from the first validation, and the T-70/90 FM/FN, the pass for large families and single parents that permits 70 trips during 90 consecutive days from the first validation.

The T-grup, for its part, accounted for 1.5 million validations and 13,000 passes sold in 2022, while the T-70/90 FM/FN represented around 700,000 validations and 8,000 passes sold.

Like the other passes, these two now in the system can be acquired through the normal T-mobilitat channels, with the sole exception of in-person points-of-sale, which will not have them available. Once the support has been purchased, either physical on a rechargeable card or a virtual one on a mobile phone (with Android and NFC technology), the desired pass will have to be topped up.

Despite being activated with T-mobilitat, these two passes will continue to be sold in magnetic version at vending machines.

Sales channel for the T-mobilitat card

- The  T-mobilitat, TMB and FGC websites, in the case of card purchase.

- The T-mobilitat, TMB App and FGC T-mobilitat applications (when purchasing the virtual card).

Exclusive card charging and topping up points

- The TMB, FGC, Rodalies and TRAM self-service machines. (in the case of charging and topping up a physical card).

- T-mobilitat, TMB App and FGC T-mobilitat applications.

It should be noted that single-parent and large families can now add the FM/FN profile electronically through any of the three websites, a necessary step to acquire a subsidised pass. These profiles can also be activated in the case of minors.

With the addition of these two passes, practically the entire range of integrated passes of the Barcelona ATM can be used with the new contactless system. All that remains is the integration of the T-usual for the unemployed, the T-verda and the T-dia. This will take place in the coming months.
